Angela White, is an IT Learning Consultant and Program Manager with the State of Tennessee Department of Finance and Administration with over 15 years’ experience in the learning and development industry and leading programs that enable employees to build critical workforce skills.
She collaborates with management and IT Academy vendors to ensure all project deliverables and curriculum paths are reviewed and on schedule. She oversees the marketing and program measurement efforts for the IT Academy program. She also monitors the budget and communicates spending patterns to management.
Angela White is a Human Resources professional who has been involved in the Learning and Development industry for over 15 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Trevecca Nazarene University and a master’s degree in Organizational Human Relations Management from Cumberland University. She has been with State Government for 7 years and worked in the Department of General Services (Central Procurement Office) before coming to Finance & Administration. She facilitated learning events for CPO and STS.
Angela is passionate about learning and believes “an investment in knowledge pays the best interest”.
Christopher Marsh is the IT Business Administrator-Lead for IT Academy Training program and has served in this role for four years. Christopher manages the classroom experience and logistics for all IT Academy locations and is the IT Academy Knowledge Portal Systems Administrator. Christopher is instrumental in process improvement and transforming our concepts into a more digital presence. Most importantly, he provides excellent, just-in-time customer service support for TN IT employees and heightened interaction with the vendor to ensure consistent messaging for all IT Academy customers.
Christopher has over ten years of experience in IT Support, Customer Service, Web Administration, and Sales. Demonstrating a distinguished, professional, and diverse background makes him an excellent fit as a primary point of contact for IT Academy customers.
