Copilot Cowork is designed to carry out multistep work on a user's behalf across Microsoft 365. Participants learn how to describe a desired outcome, review progress, provide approvals when required, and work with the resulting deliverables.

Examples include organizing an inbox and calendar, preparing for and following up after meetings, producing deliverables across multiple applications, scheduling recurring tasks, and building reusable Cowork skills.
