Terms and Conditions

  • Deposits paid in advance are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months.
  • Full deposit is due by the earlier of the due date listed in the Service Order or upon first delivery of products and services purchased under this program.
  • Applies to new registrations only.
  • Any combination of registrants may attend.
  • Offer subject to change or cancellation.
  • Any discounts offered based upon funds committed and negotiated will be documented in a signed agreement. Commercial Training Account funds may be used to purchase any courses or products offered by Learning Tree International but negotiated discounts shall only apply to the public training schedule. Some courses and programs may be excluded from discounts (including, but not limited to, third party offerings and voucher packs). Only one discount may apply per eligible course. No other promotions or discounted offerings shall apply to the purchase of discounted courses under the Commercial Training Account program.
  • Learning Tree International reserves the right to exclude future courses and/or programs from the discounts.
  • Cancellation Policy for Learning Tree offerings is as follows:
    • No cancellation fee if notice of an event cancellation or reschedule is provided 16 days prior to the start of the event.
    • Cancellation fee of 50% of event price if notice of cancellation or reschedule is provided less than 16 days prior to the start of an event, or a $500 fee for Learning Tree voucher and passport programs.
  • Purchases will be taxed using the applicable tax rate as required by relevant authorities.
  • Accepted forms of payment are check, ACH, credit card, and bank wire transfer.
