In this three-day course, our expert instructors show participants how to identify a structured and logical method for building an effective organization that supports and complements ITIL best practices.
Putting ITIL® into Practice is a workshop course, which provides attendees with practical experience adopting ITIL best practice techniques through the use of a comprehensive case study and exercises. Activities include:

Knowledge of ITIL at the level of the Course 1197, Achieving ITIL® Foundation Certification is assumed.
Putting ITIL® into Practice: A Roadmap for Transformation expands on several of the concepts presented in other Learning Tree ITIL certification courses.
