Learning Tree will begin presenting Recovering Troubled Projects in the London, England in July and in the U.S. in August 2009, while Agile Project Management with Scrum will begin being presented in London, England and in the U.S. in June 2009 and in Canada in August 2009.

Over three-days—led by an expert instructor—participants in Recovering Troubled Projects will learn to:

  • Develop an effective framework to recover failing projects
  • Plan and perform an objective assessment of the project status
  • Create the recovery plan to get the project back on track

  • Monitor and evaluate the recovery plan to ensure success
