About This Course: This course investigates one of the most important areas of Business Analysis efforts, which is working with stakeholders in multidimensional capacities throughout projects. This course covers topics from stakeholder list development to conducting stakeholder analysis, and even evaluating the important information stakeholders provide in defining the goals and objectives of the product/solution. Since stakeholder analysis activities are ongoing throughout the project, this course focuses on exploring techniques that ensure the information provided by stakeholders is evaluated against the projects defined business need and solution scope.
