    Those who need to gain an introductory understanding for working on Agile teams utilizing Kanban and Lean to move projects more quickly in a service process environment.

  • Quiz

    A 30-question multiple choice quiz is required. The quiz is made up of: select from 3 to 4 options to fill in the blank and true / false questions. A passing score is 70 out of 100 total points.

  • Case Study

    We utilize an in-class case study to reinforce the learning that takes place.

  • Delivery

    Instructor-led interactive LIVE ONLNE (via WebEx meeting) in 3 (4-hour) sessions with breaks which is approximately 12 hours of contact time or a 1.5-day (12 hours) On-site. Timing can be flexed to accommodate customer requirements.

  • Certification of Completion

    Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth will issue a certification to participants who complete the Course attendance, pass the take home test and complete the case study. The certificate from Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth will be in pdf format.

  • Materials Provided

    Agile module is provided in pdf form for download from a drop box with participant easy access. Classroom case study and quiz are in WORD format. The quiz will be emailed separately and once completed it will be emailed back to the administrator.

    All lectures that are live online are recorded. These recordings are provided in the drop box for download to the participant’s computer in the event of a missed session, or for review after the lecture(s). The format is MP4 and plays on virtually any computer. If classroom format, classroom sessions are not recorded.
