Learning Tree has been awarded a Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Deliverables-Based IT Services (DBITS) Contract. Through the DBITS Cooperative Contracts Program, state and local agencies, as well as educational institutions, may purchase from a select list of vetted and approved providers. Currently, agencies and educational institutions within 42 states partner with DIR to procure their IT services.
By working with a DBITS Vendor such as Learning Tree, state/local governments and higher education institutions throughout the United States can streamline the procurement of IT services, saving time and money — and leading to better outcomes more quickly.

Services available under this Contract are limited to the deliverables-based information technology services Technology Categories as specified above. This Contract is part of the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Cooperative Contracts Program. This Contract is part of the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Resources for Customers Outside of Texas Program.
VENDOR RESPONDS IN WRITING: In order to be awarded a Purchase Order hereunder, Vendor must respond, in writing, to a Statement of Work (SOW) for services as issued by Customers, consistent with the Terms and Conditions of this Contract. Vendor shall only respond to SOWs for Technology Categories that Vendor has been awarded in this Contract. Customer SOWs must be complete, signed by an authorized representative of Customer and must be in the standard form for this contract. Vendor understands that no work under any SOW issued by Customer shall commence until receipt of a Purchase Order.
SERVICES PROVIDED BASED ON SOW: Service provided under this Contract shall be based on the SOW. Customers may negotiate the terms and conditions of a SOW to suit their business needs, so long as the SOW terms and conditions do not conflict with or weaken the terms of this Contract. Vendor shall perform its work in compliance with this Contract and the agreed upon SOW with Customer.
VALUE OF SOW NOT TO EXCEED $10M: The value of any SOW may not exceed $10 million for voluntary eligible customers and $5 million for Texas state agencies. For more information on eligibility requirements please visit http://dir.texas.gov/View-Contracts-And-Services/Pages/Content.aspx?id=1
