Entitled Contract Management Principles and Practices and Project Budgeting and Estimating: Taking Control of Your Projects respectively, both courses utilize Learning Tree's proprietary RealityPlus™ instructor-led training methodology which immerses attendees in real-world scenarios to enhance the learning experience and enable the immediate application of new skills upon returning to work.
