The course offers participants the opportunity to identify new ITIL v3 content and examine the Service Lifecycle. At the end of the course, the ITIL v3 Managers Bridge Examination will be offered to those wishing to pursue the certification.

Learning Tree will begin presenting ITIL^® v3 Managers Bridge in London, England in December 2008, in the U.S. in January 2009 and in Canada in March 2009.
