WITH NEW COURSE: INTRODUCTION TO KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
RESTON, VA (October 23, 2008) Learning Tree International (NASDAQ NM: LTRE) today announced the addition of a new title, Introduction to Knowledge Management, to its Business Intelligence curriculum. The 3-day course employs the Learning Tree proprietary RealityPlus™ methodology to immerse participants in a progressive case study led by an expert instructor. As in all Learning Tree RealityPlus courses, participants have the opportunity to learn by doing as they work towards solving real-world challenges via the application of specific tools, techniques and strategies. This intensive simulation is designed to provide participants with the skills and the confidence to effectively apply Knowledge Management immediately upon returning to their jobs.
Learning Tree will begin presenting Introduction to Knowledge Management in London, England in November 2008, in the US in December 2008 and in Canada in February 2009.

During the course, participants will learn how to:

- Create new workflows to effectively share knowledge
- Implement technological solutions and maximize the KM technology infrastructure
Introduction to Knowledge Management is valuable for those responsible for the management and distribution of knowledge or tasked with implementing a Knowledge Management initiative within an organization of any size. These include directors, program managers, team leaders, and department heads.
