Entitled Building an Effective Business Case, the course is presented over 3 days employing Learning Tree’s exclusive RealityPlus learning methodology. Attendees are immersed in a computer-and-video enhanced experience which simulates a real-world business case analysis for the purpose of producing tangible work products and deliverables.

Along with leading the participants through the simulation, the expert instructor/facilitator will also provide instruction in how to:
