LEARNING TREE ANNOUNCES CHANGE TO DATE FOR ANNUAL MEETING
RESTON, VA — March 22, 2007 - Learning Tree International, Inc. (NASDAQ: LTRE) announced today that it has rescheduled its annual meeting for 10:00 am EDT, Thursday, May 31, 2007 at 1805 Library Street in Reston, Virginia. The annual meeting had previously been scheduled for March 27, 2007. The company stated that the change was due to delays in filing its fiscal year 2006 Annual Report on Form 10-K as a result of the company’s previously announced restatement of financial results.
