The 3-day course, entitled ITIL: Achieving Foundation Certification consists of interactive class activities led by an expert instructor for the purpose of gaining knowledge in each ITIL process and function. At the conclusion of the course, participants are administered the exam by Learning Tree and, upon successful completion, receive their ITIL Foundation Certification.
