The Office of Management & Budget (OMB) and the Federal Acquisition Institute (FAI) have mandated a regimen of training and experience requirements for all levels of federal acquisition professionals—entry level, journeyman level and senior/expert level—within civilian agencies.
The Learning Tree Curriculum for FAC-P/PM, Federal Acquisition Certification for Program & Project Managers, specifically addresses and meets the FAI requirements within the mandated training hours at every level of competency, and has received their highest rating of 5.
